This Work is for You If...

I'm Jasmine, and I've Been There Too

I’m here to help you build healthier relationships, and real, lasting change.

Here, you’ll learn how to stay connected to yourself while building relationships that feel steady, mutual, and sustainable.

Whether you’re lonely, confused, or afraid of losing someone, you want support that helps you respond mindfully, with self-respect, not out of panic or self-blame.

I don’t help you “fix” yourself or override your instincts.
And I don’t believe in manifesting your way out of relational patterns, forcing confidence, or becoming hyper-independent in the name of healing.
The work we do here is about understanding how you relate — in real time — and learning how to stay connected to yourself while staying in relationship with others.
Reaching out doesn’t commit you to anything. It’s just a no-pressure way to see if this feels like the right support.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Coaching is:

A: Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
It’s:
– A professional partnership for growth and clarity.
– A compassionate, trauma-informed space to explore your patterns and attachments.
– A practice that helps you create lasting habits and mindsets aligned with your goals.
Coaching isn’t a quick fix — you get out what you put in — but it’s one of the most empowering investments you can make in yourself.
Both coaching and therapy have myriad complementary benefits for those looking to bring positive change to their lifestyle, mental health, and overall well-being. That being said, recognizing and respecting the unique roles of coaching and therapy is essential.
Rather than delving deeply into the past, coaching focuses on present and future goal-setting to improve the interplay between emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Coaching helps with skill-building, perspective change, and integrating desirable habits.
Therapy assists with these as well, and additionally, often includes understanding and resolving past traumas, treating & diagnosing mental illness, etc.
While coaching can also be of tremendous benefit to those experiencing mental illness or mild -to moderate disruptions in cognition/daily functioning, it is not a substitute for therapy.
You can expect compassion, accountability, and curiosity — never judgment. My role is to help you uncover blind spots, connect to your strengths and values, and translate insight into action. I’ll support you in developing habits and mindsets that make your growth sustainable.
