  • A professional partnership with the goal of supporting you through breakthroughs in your personal growth
  • An empathetic, welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
  • An opportunity to have your maladaptive scripts challenged; your blind spots revealed.
  • Discovering possibilities for empowered ways of thinking and living
  • A practice that instills helpful patterns/habits into your daily life, to keep your momentum strong beyond sessions.
Coaching is NOT:

A magic wand. You get out what you put in.
So go get it!
As a coach, I’m here to foster a supportive environment through which we can open a deeper channel of your self-exploration. Through partnership, we will thoughtfully weigh your strengths, values, and challenges, unlock insights, and create action. I will assist you in peeling back layers of various issues, constructing goals, and dissolving barriers that interfere with your success. By remaining committed to the process and putting in the effort for change, by the time you have concluded our sessions, you can expect to have achieved measurable outcomes.
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and held via Google Meet, or telephonic, depending on your preference

Both coaching and therapy have myriad complementary benefits for those looking to bring positive change to their lifestyle, mental health, and overall well-being. That being said, recognizing and respecting the unique roles of coaching and therapy is essential.
Rather than delving deeply into the past, coaching focuses on present and future goal-setting to improve the interplay between emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Coaching helps with skill-building, perspective change, and integrating desirable habits.
Therapy assists with these as well, and additionally, often includes understanding and resolving past traumas, treating & diagnosing mental illness, etc.
While coaching can also be of tremendous benefit to those experiencing mental illness or mild -to moderate disruptions in cognition/daily functioning, it is not a substitute for therapy.
